CBM Sustainability Group was established in 2000 to creatively influence social and environmental sustainability in coastal, regional and urban development.
cbm's design and project management expertise has been applied to a large diversity of projects such as holiday resorts, wineries, educational facilities, shopping centres, office development, aged care facilities, churches as well as various civil construction projects.
Whilst best known by the community of Tasmania for its ‘high end of the market’ work cbm has a demonstrated track record of delivering cost effective and aesthetically pleasing commercial projects. A recent client list includes, Bruce Stevenson Toyota, Tastel Community Telco, Australian Turntable Company, Door of Hope Community Church and Launceston North Uniting Church. Further to this cbm has honed its commercial delivery skills through the project management and delivery of the Invermay and Ravenswood School Yard Blitz projects.
The Facility Planning skills matched to the strong Town Planning and Development expertise and Local Tasmanian credibility has successfully achieved Planning Approvals for a number of challenging projects requiring a fresh approach to Heritage, Environmental and Community Equity.
