Who we are.
CBM can trace its roots to a construction firm established by John Dingemanse in 1985.
These days the company is still family-owned, but offers a range of project consulting services, still primarily to the construction industry.
We employ a team of 15+ architects, engineers, environmental scientists and technical specialists offering consolidated delivery of architectural and engineering design, planning, approvals procurement and project management for a range of projects.
John is joined by his sons Liam, Senior Civil/Structural Engineer, and Sam, Senior Environmental Consultant, as directors and shareholders.
Our focus is to consistently deliver value to our clients' projects. We leverage our extensive experience to provide practical design outcomes, and effectively navigate project approvals and compliance pathways.
